Welcome
Watch this quick welcome video to learn more about our mission, our gatherings, and why this is a place to belong.
Gathering rhythms
Like building blocks, each rhythm strengthens faith, friendship, and courage. Not every night looks the same — but every gathering points to Jesus.
Three days on the Chesapeake Bay — worship, Word, prayer, adventure & friendships. June 25–27, 2026. Register →
Corporate worship, biblical teaching, and space to respond to God — altar moments when the Spirit leads.
Smaller circles for honest conversation, Scripture memory, and accountability with trusted leaders.
Praying for families, schools, friends who don't know Jesus yet — learning to stand in the gap together.
Projects and invitations that put love on display — evangelism with gentleness and boldness.
Older teens and leaders modeling what it looks like to follow Christ in real, everyday life.
Retreats, conferences, and themed series that mark spiritual growth and celebrate every milestone.
Three anchors
Scripture is our authority. We teach, correct, and encourage with the Bible open — always.
We depend on the Holy Spirit — not hype — for conviction, comfort, and power in every gathering.
Iron sharpens iron. We grow faster when we cheer, forgive, and carry one another forward.
Why it's different
Teenage girls ready to go deeper — and families who want a ministry that champions biblical womanhood, courage, and compassion. Middle school through high school.

Real stories from parents, daughters, and leaders in the Baker's House community.
My daughter came home from her first night and said, 'Mom, I finally feel like I belong somewhere.' That's everything a parent wants to hear.
Baker's House didn't just teach my daughter about God — it showed her what it looks like to actually live for Him. Her faith is her own now.
I was nervous at first — would it be cheesy, cliquey? It was the opposite. Real worship, real teaching, real friendships that point to Jesus.

Baker's House asks for consistency — showing up, respecting the culture, and keeping communication open with parents. There's no perfect girl here; only girls being transformed by Jesus.
